It is possible to substitute the water for other kinds of liquids, but this might effect the consistency of the final product.
- 1.Put the powder in a mixer (hook attachment) and start the mixer on low.
- 2.While the mixer is running, Pour the water in and mix on slow for about 1-2 min. Then turn the speed up to medium and mix until the dough is homogenous.
- 3.Spread regular tapioca starch on a worksurface and shape the dough into a rectangle (7-10cm think) and feed it into a flattening and cutting machine.
